Mount Rokko with Liz

Last weekend my friend Liz and I visited Mount Rokko. It's almost a thousand metres high and overlooks both Kobe and Osaka. Of note it's home to the oldest golf course in Japan, built in 1903. It's natural beauty and sights of interest make it a popular destination for Japanese tourists, especially if you like hiking. However, we took the cable car and hiked only the last hundred metres or so. On this occasion we chose not to visit the onsen, but instead immersed ourselves in the gift shops.

Kobe from Rokko-san.

Me being Genki.

Red, green and yellow. Just like a big, flowery Senegalese flag... almost.
